About Next Level Coaching & Consulting

At Next Level Coaching & Consulting, we focus on enabling leaders to grow professionally and personally. Our founder, Kim Puchala, brings over 25 years of global Human Resource and leadership development experience across Fortune 500 companies, tech start-ups, family-owned businesses and non-profit organizations.

With a Master’s in Organizational Psychology and the ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Kim is dedicated to helping leaders and organizations excel.
